The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K makes use of a special type of battery: NP-F570 batteries. The camera comes supplied with an original Sony battery, but you might just as well use DSTE batteries, which are more affordable. If you want to be sure your camera never runs out of batteries, take at least a double set of batteries with you wherever you go.
